hey guyyys! how're you doing?

i'm good, so tired though because i had a really busy weekend. it was fun but waking up this morning was tough haha. i had a late start and siobhan gave me a lift though so i can't moan too much! i did the euromillions for the first time on friday, was in with the chance to win 80 million pounds.. totally didn't win though obviously. there wasn't much chance but i thought what the heck, someone's gotta win so it's worth a go instead of spending the 2 quid on yet another bar of oreo dairy milk! i was thinking about what i'd do if i won 80 million pounds, someone asked me if i'd drop out of college and thinking about it i wouldn't, because it's all well and good having money but you can't spend all day buying things.. you'd get so bored without a career or something to do. anyway, here's what i wore today :)

you can't really see my shoes properly in the outfit pictures, it was quite bright and my ipad failed me a little bit :( but it took a zoomed in picutre so you can see the amazing paisley detailing on them. i got them from that dr martens warehouse sale at the old truman brewery on brick lane last summer for 25 quid! i've only really been trying to break them in recently though and today was their second ever outing; they are so painful! but i know i'll want to wear them so much when it gets warmer so thought i'd start now. i've paired my velvet skater dress with my africa aztec shirt because i like the contrast between the print and the texture. all with my 'j' cardi because it's so cosy and the weather today was an absolute joke. i don't understand how the weather is so icy when it's supposed to be spring :( i can't wait for some sunshine!

hey guyys! how're you?

i'm goood! handed all of my english coursework in on tuesday, and it's crazy that i've only got like 3 months of college yet until i'm completely finished ahh. so happy i got into the uni i wanted to, i'm going to be studying art foudation with fashion and textiles at ravensbourne univeristy in north greenwich. can't wait to start! got a nice long summer before that though which i'm looking forward to. i'm so sick of the grey weather we've been having in london, i've been waiting to whip out my sleeveless bodycons. but i can't wait haha. so today i decided to wear one of my faves anyway, here it is.

this blazer i picked up in beyond retro after getting sent home on the first day of year 13 paha. i thought blazers were optional but apparently they weren't so i headed straight to brick lane to pick up this vintage grandad's soft woolen blazer. i paired it with a bright turtleneck to go under my monochrome stripe dress which siobhan made for me as a motel copy a few years back. i really like the colour combination and like the contrast of the tight dress, and chunky boots which are ebay's finest! such a barg at 23 quid with free delivery!

hey guyss!

how're you doing? i'm good! been a little while since my last post which created so much kerfuffle on instagram. i tagged blackmilk in one of the photos of myself in their call of napoleon leggings, and they reposted it on their instagram which was super exciting! however some trolls started hating on me, it was so nice to see that a load of people jumped in to stand up for me, but i never really experienced before how unnecessarily cruel people could be to strangers! last week, i went to see man like me who are one of my favourite bands and we got into the front row ahhhh, it was absolutely amazing. their new album 'pillow talk' came out last week so you should check it out :) ah and i hope everyone who had january exams were pleased with your results! i didn't get mine for sociology because aqa mucked up some of the results for my college so i'm still waiting to find out what i got, fingers crossed it's okay!

anyway, here's what i wore today.

i bought this sweater a little while ago and i adore the print! it's a small but it's quite a small small haha, so i paired it with a black turtleneck since it is freezing, and i wanted to layer it a little. a plain black circle skirt is a necessity for all wardrobes because they look great with anything in any weather, and this corduroy one is my favourite. i love the texture and the cut contrasts my slim fitting cloud sweater, which is accentuated by my classic black leather belt. added to my slazenger socks - which were 50p - my diamond dozen beanie, and office chunky boots because they're my favourites. my jackson pollock inspired vans backpack has been sterdy since i was 15 and i still love it just as much as i did then haha.
