blitz

hey everyone! how are you?

i'm grand, today i went with janelle to check out the new and only vintage department store in london which opened today : blitz. located on hanbury street (just off brick lane) and as soon as we stepped inside we were mesmerized by the vast, hand picked collection of vintage goods to offer and the best thing about it is that in the 5-room store, everything is for sale! absolutely everything from vintage levi's, kidswear, to vintage swatch watches to upcycled furniture and betty boop models. janelle, who'd never visited brick lane absolutely loved the chilled out atmosphere and the friendly people who worked in blitz who make it the fantastic vintage experience that it is. 

i advise you all to check it out as soon as possible! it's a less than 10 minute walk from liverpool street - more information available on their facebook page, website, and on the timeout london guide. i got the opportunity to take some pictures so i can show you all how amazing it is so i hope you enjoy :)

i'll show you the other things i bought in a separate outfit post, but i got this amazing vintage mickey jacket for £32 (janelle treated me:D) and it turns out that this is blitz's favourite item which they actually picked to go into the time out london video haha! i have an eye for fashion as my mum's always saying ;)
