street style and vest top week : day one

good evening everyone!

how are you all? :) i'm having a really great day! i always do when the sun's out :) today i went up to oxford street then brick lane to look for street style with rhiannon which was good and i've got loads of people to show you! also, today was my first day of vest top week! which if you didn't manage to check out my vlog from yesterday is my attempt to wear more vest tops since i have so many and never wear them! so i hope you enjoy it :) picture heavy post- street style first.

1-sheer striped blouse

1-red patterned headscarf

2-vintage boots

3-monochrome shirt

1-denim cutoffs

2-monochrome jumpsuit

1-circle sunglasses, 2-"only" tee, 3-white jeans, 4-bowler hat and vintage brogue combo.

and here's what i wore today for day one: vest top week!

vest top - h&m

skirt - topshop

star suspender tights - topshop

trainers - nike

nail polish - barry m

so i decided to wear this because it's quite a baggy vest top and i wanted something fitted to go with it. 

i took these photos when i'd just gotten home so my vest top had ridden up and you could see it under my skirt. so top tip for wearing long vest tops under skirts - tuck the top into your tights and it looks so much smoother! i forgot to do it today.

because the skirt was quite plain i went for patterned tights and i hadn't worn these before so i thought i'd take them out. and i just love these trainers and wanted to wear them.
