cough cough

hey guys! how are you?

sorry i haven't posted since thursday, i've been superbusy (athletics, work, athletics- i jumped 10.98 on sunday!-and sleep) marcel brought a cold back from reading festival which has infected the rest of us so i've been feeling a bit shabby but i'm feeling better today so i hope i'm better before wednesday when i start college! this summer seems to have gone so quickly, but i'm actually looking forward to getting stuck into college, work and more blogging :) today i spent the day hanging out with janelle, making homemade pizza and i only left the house to pop to the supermarket to get some fresh air. the weather was really up and down which is why in some of the photos it's sunny and some it's not.

 i was actually going to bin this skirt because i've had it for years and years but the zip stopped working...

but then mum took it to the magic dry cleaner's and it's fixed!

i love the puffiness of it which is created by this underlayer with netting at the bottom.

 i decided to tie this shirt instead of tucking it in because the skirt's a little too big for me and so if i'd tucked the shirt in you'd be able to see the folds in the fabric whereas the tie takes all attention off it.

 as you can see i'm feeling better :)

 the skirt's got a textured feel to it which i haven't seen anywhere else.

 i tucked my shirt over the back of the belt.

my favourite thing about this skirt is that it doesn't blow up in the wind!
