september first

hey guys, happy september!
how are you all? :) i'm good thank you, a bit tired but good. last night i caught up with some friends who i haven't seen in too long which was great fun :) and a couple of my friends recently got jobs in vera moda and topshop so well done girls!  today i just jammed and went to athletics really, but i'm craving a merguez (sausage) salad which i must have! so i think it's sorted lunch for tomorrow :P it's a pity that a week before college starts the sun decides to come out! although i'm not complaining - shine on sun :) i'd also like to say a massive congratulations to fritha for being one of five bloggers who won the look bloggers competition - you deserve it! :D today i'm just going to show you 2 outfits, one that i wore yesterday because it's a remix of 2 looks from my vest top week, and what i wore today.

here's what i wore today :
dress - h&m 
 cardigan - upper fifth
 shoes - toms
i wasn't sure about the pattern clashes at first but i really love this cardigan and dress together
 the dress is a really lovely lightweight material
 my disappointment at the fact that the sun went in just as i came out for photos
 it's a really comfortable and colourful outfit :)

 this dress could be worn with tights in winter and without in summer which makes it quite diverse
 as you know i absolutely adore my toms!

 skirt and tights from vest top week day one
 and this is my usual topshop belt that i wear with absolutely everything and anything :P

so i hope you've enjoyed reading today! :) and have a fabulous september to come! i've got work training on saturday at st paul's and i'm so so excited to start properly! :D under 2 weeks now til' the stratford westfields opens and it's going to be the biggest in europe so it's really exciting! also, on sunday i'm competing in triple jump for essex against cambridge and a few other teams so wish me luck! and i'm just going to leave you with a few extra snaps from today :P

    Both of these outfits are so great, and so different. I really love the floral dress with stripes, something about florals and stripes makes me so happy!! I love your paris top with the fitted skirt and knee highs, a pretty sexy look.
